What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us:
- Contact form data: your name, email address, phone number, whether you are contacting us as an employer or a job seeker, and the message you write.
- CV files: if you apply for work, the CV you attach (PDF or Word) and the personal, educational and professional information it contains.
We do not use analytics or tracking tools on this website at the moment, and we do not collect data about your browsing behavior.
Why we collect it
We use your data for one purpose: providing recruitment services.
- For employers, that means responding to your inquiry and preparing workforce proposals.
- For job seekers, that means reviewing your application, matching you with suitable employers, and guiding you through the recruitment, work permit and relocation process.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
How your data is stored
Form submissions and uploaded CV files are stored on the hosting server that runs this website and are emailed to our recruitment team so we can respond to you. Access is limited to the Ibramus HR team members who work on recruitment.
When a placement requires it, and only then, we share relevant candidate information with the specific employer considering your application and with the authorities involved in work permit and visa procedures. That is a necessary part of the service you are asking us to provide.
How long we keep it
We keep CVs and application data for as long as they are relevant for placement, so that we can contact you when a suitable position appears. If you want your CV and personal data deleted earlier, tell us and we will remove them.
Contact inquiries that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are deleted once the matter is closed.
Your rights
You can at any time ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you,
- correct data that is wrong or outdated,
- delete your data from our records,
- stop considering your CV for future placements.

Governing rules
This policy and our handling of personal data are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova and follow GDPR principles: we collect the minimum we need, we use it only for the purpose you gave it to us, and we delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask.

If we change how we handle personal data, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page first. The version you are reading is always the one that applies.
